But the word actually has a very positive connotation. So it’s not just a workout routine.
Personally I don’t think it’s such a bad thing. I think the problem is that we think of training as something that is done in the gym or something like that. But that doesn’t mean it’s not a very good way to make you stronger and healthier. Personally, I think that its a great way to get out of the gym and into a real place where you can train and learn and be challenged.
