CVS is a huge retail store that has multiple stores, and they also have different associates. What makes a CVS associate different than all the other associates is that they are paid based on their specific store they are working. For example, a CVS associate working at one store is paid $9,000 more than a CVS associate working at a different store. So, if you are working at one store, you will earn $10,000 more than the other.
This is one of the few jobs that CVS associates can do that is not just a job. The other associate jobs that are paid based on your store are the CVS cashier, pharmacy, and pharmacy cashier. You will get paid for your whole store, it just takes longer.
This is a great job to have, and if you have the right skills, it is well worth it. Here’s why. The CVS associates have a very specific skill set that allows them to be able to do all the different things that make a store a success. If you are good at selling merchandise (a.k.a. a store-sales associate), then you will be able to help sell more merchandise than a store-associate without those skills.
Most employees will get $11.50 to $13 per hour, with overtime, which is around $18. If you are in a retail-store, that is a pretty standard pay, but if you are in pharmacy, that is really pay you will not want to hear about.
The actual pay for a store-associate is typically around 10-12 dollars an hour, plus health care benefits. Pharmacy pay can be as high as 15 dollars an hour. However, in the old days, the amount of money was actually quite high because you needed to have a license to be a store-associate. Nowadays, a pharmacy license doesn’t even count as a skill, so you can be hired as a pharmacy-owner and get paid almost 15 dollars an hour.
cvs retail store associates are a small but growing segment of the pharmacy industry. Today, the average price of an associate is between $12.95 to $15.50.
In a few short years, you can expect to earn anywhere from $12.95 to $15.50 an hour. Even if you don’t have the experience, you can still make decent money in the industry. So if you’re looking for a way to make some extra cash, a place like cvs.com is the place to be.
I know there are plenty of people who work in retail who dont have a clue how to do things right, but I just want to add that cvs is the only retailer I know of that rewards associates based on their performance. You can earn points for doing certain things, like answering customer questions, stocking shelves for sale, and so on. Then you can convert the points into cash. You just need to be careful not to use the wrong points.
cvs.com is the only place I know of that does this. I don’t know if it’s cvs.com’s fault that its associates are so shitty, or if cvs is making a good product, but I’m not impressed.
cvs.com is one of those places where the product is good, but the service is not. I know it’s a business, but I feel like I should be able to shop with a smile.
