It is amazing to me how many people that are successful in their careers never truly get to the point where they can say, “I think” or “I am,” or “I feel.” The good news is that there are ways to communicate more clearly, be more present, and feel more in control of your life.
Well, I’m not going to pretend that I can do this. But I can tell you that communication and presence is important for productivity, growth, and happiness. That’s why I recommend taking a few minutes each day to self-reflect. Once you start doing that, you’ll find that your moods and your actions will be more in line with what you want and need.
Thats right. If you want to be happy, you need to think happy. Thats why I suggest taking a few minutes to self-reflect, and thats why I recommend doing it after work in the morning. You want to use the time to be more present, aware, and in control of your life.
So what are you actually trying to accomplish? Do you want to be happy or productive? I suggest that the former.
I have two suggestions. First, start reflecting on what you want. I like to start with my own happiness.
We all want to be happy, so that is a good place to start. If you want to be happy, you have to ask yourself a few simple questions.
Ask yourself what you want, and then think about what you want to do with the life you have now. If you want to be happy, you have to do a little something about it.
The first one is actually a little trickier than I thought. What exactly do I want to do with my life? I think this is a question that is much more difficult to answer than I thought it might be. I want to do a lot of things with the life I have right now, but I don’t want to do anything that I’d be unhappy doing.
I would have to say that the first one is a hard one to answer. I want to do a bunch of specific activities with my life, and I want to do them all well. The problem is that I dont know exactly what I want to do with my life. I want to do a lot of different things.
My advice is to find what you want to do, and then do that. There isn’t anyone I know who is happy doing exactly what they want to do.
