Located on Cheengeri hills facing the valley and mountains spread over in 20 acres i guess. The approach road of resort itself was very adventurous.You will fall in love once you reach the resort as everything is taken care of from gardens to room. The location of every room is unique, every room provides a special view from balcony and window as well.

Memorable experience!!!
Located just next to Ambalavayal town this beautiful resort in Cheengeri hills was a pleasant surprise for us. We were accommodated in two rooms, one with a mesmerizing view of the valley and karapuzha reservoir and the other a cave amongst rocks with a cozy decor. Rooms and premises are clean and very well maintained.

Mount Xanadu is a resort like none other. Getting there was an adventure in itself and the location of the resort is just breathtaking. The views of the valley and the reservoirs are something to be seen to believe. The staff there are extremely competent and will go out of their way to make your stay memorable.

I spent two days at Mount Xanadu with my friends. Had a wonderful time. Location is breathtaking and the views from the resort is amazing. I was very impressed with Mr Mahesh's hospitality. He stayed in touch throughout our stay and made sure we were comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were spacious and well maintained . Definitely worth another visit.

I Went to this resort for my honeymoon trip. Not only we received a Hearty Welcome, but a good service & care. They are providing a very good Breakfast that is included in the package. Food is tasty, prices also affordable. Room Service has also done very quickly

Thoroughly enjoyed the 2 day stay with friends. Mahesh had taken particular care with all arrangements and played the perfect host. Plenty of outdoor activities (for all fitness levels) to keep everyone amused and the campfire added a cozy finishing touch to an otherwise fab stay.

You will fall in love with Scenic Beauty once u reach the top of Mountain. Thatz right resort sits on the tip of Moutain. The stay had been short and couldn’t explore much in resort. But its been worth the visit and to visit again!!...

Truly a Best Resort for a relaxing weekend @ Wayanad..Can't get better than this. I was initially a bit sceptical about booking this only for the reason of its location as it felt a bit at the secluded end so it was my second choice.
